Berkshire was retained to assist the owner of a parcel of land containing various 55-gallon drums and a pile of casting sand with hazardous concentrations of lead in negotiating a Consent Order with the CT DEEP.
On behalf of this customer Berkshire has performed the following tasks:
- Negotiated a Consent Order
- Prepared a Detailed Remedial Action Plan
- Obtained CT DEEP Approval of the Remedial Action Plan
- Assisted in Obtaining Bids for Remedial Activities
